Swedish Skills Come to PHD

Progressive Hockey Development welcomes to our player instructional staff, Anton Racklin, from Goteburg, Sweden!

Anton played in Sweden for the National U18 team with Erik Karlsson (Ottawa Senators) and Lars Eller (Montreal Canadiens) before coming to the USA to play junior hockey in the NAHL for Fairbanks Ice Dogs and USHL for Tri City Storm and Fargo Force!

After juniors, Anton was recruited to play NCAA D-I at Bemidji State in Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Math from Manhattanville College, the perennial NCAA D-III powerhouse.

At Manhattanville, Anton was Captain, All-American, Academic All-American, and Male Athlete of the Year.  As a defenseman, he scored a staggering 55 points in 75 games.

Anton has skills coaching experience at hockey camps and with youth hockey organizations in the Rye, New York area.

Anton is an exceptional addition to the PHD player skills staff to assist Matt Streiff.  Book lessons with Coach Racklin on Saturdays after 1:00pm!
